Exhanges + Returns

Gray Aspen merchandise can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the date of receipt by mail.  We offer free exchanges + returns within 10 days of purchase.  Returns are only accepted on full price items.  All sale items are final sale.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled, stained or altered in any way, makeup/tanning product and fragrance transfer will deem the item as worn and will not be accepted. All tags must be attached, and the items must be in its original condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return. Please be sure to tape all edges of the package to ensure the product remains in the box while in transit. Damages to returns incurred while in transit will not be accepted.

Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported by emailing hello@grayaspen.com within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

Please allow up to 7 business days transit time for it to arrive at our studio. We inspect returns upon their arrival. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately process the reimbursement and send you a confirmation email. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer (anywhere from 3-14 business days).

Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer.

Upon receipt of returned merchandise, your return will be subject to inspection. Gray Aspen reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. We are not responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. 

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for exchanges, returns or price adjustments.
